We have some exciting news for our ZipariConnect users! Weekly status reports for in progress implementations of active SOW and upgrades are now available in ZipariConnect for ZipariConnect Plus users!
This new ZipariConnect feature will provide up-to-date insights on the status of active implementations including:
Implementation Project Status reports will be updated weekly and made available for review of in-progress product implementations each Friday at 4PM ET.
Project Status Reports can be found in the Dashboard drop down (pictured below) for easy access to this information.
This section provides the name of the account.
Graphical indication of the overall health of each in progress implementation project.
This section provides a list of in progress implementation projects and the Project Manager for each project.
Current open risks to the implementation project scope, schedule, timeline or any potential impediments to meeting the implementation objective and the mitigation plan.
Key information on the overall health of in flight projects, Start Date, Projected Go live date and Status Notes regarding progress of the implementation project for that week.
Current open issues being worked through related to meeting the implementation objective and the action plan in place to address each issue.
All Change request cases submitted through ZipariConnect, and the current status of each case.
