mPulse Acquires Zipari and advances CX in healthcare

We are excited to announce that mPulse has acquired Zipari, a leader in healthcare consumer experience technology. This acquisition reinforces mPulse’s commitment to advancing Health Experience and Insights (HXI) technology to build more consumer-centric healthcare experiences and promote more equitable health outcomes.

Zipari’s CX platform is the first and only plug-and-play suite of consumer experience software designed specifically for insurers, TPAs, and U.S. healthcare payers of all sizes. These capabilities will enhance mPulse’s HXI product suite, which focuses on integrating predictive analytics, omnichannel engagement, and health portal technologies.
